Most recently, she was Sales Manager and then Residence Relationship Manager for one of Switzerland's leading luxury hotel groups. The whole team was all the more delighted when Caroline Duboc chose Doris Bader Immobilien as her future career. She is now putting her valuable experience in the luxury segment to good use for her clients - with all her passion for exclusive properties in Central Switzerland.

What do you love about your job?

I value the personal interaction with people and the opportunity to be creative. Furthermore, I really enjoy supporting clients and partners across multiple languages and regions. For me, my work is about sharing enthusiasm – with plenty of empathy, warmth and always a smile.

Which room do you like spending time in most – and why?

As an active ‘outdoors person’, I love spending my time in the garden and on my terrace. There, I enjoy the view and the fresh air whatever the weather. For me, the outdoor area is a retreat where I can find peace and recharge my batteries. Here, I have created my very own personal haven
